What is included

Your free listing remains available without payment. Active members may submit specials and perks for moderation, schedule approved offers, and use offer engagement reporting. Follow-up email campaigns are limited to four per calendar month and require separate delivery activation and recipient opt-in. SMS, AI calls, guaranteed placement, guaranteed sales and service-network membership are not included.

Billing and cancellation

Membership renews monthly until canceled. No automatic enrollment from a listing or claim. The owner must explicitly accept these terms before checkout. Cancel renewal through the billing portal; paid tools remain available through the paid period. The free listing remains after cancellation. No food-order commission or required diner subscription applies. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment.

Offers and reporting

You must have authority and content rights, honor your published offer terms, and provide accurate dates and information. Offers are reviewed and may be rejected or withdrawn. Editing an approved offer requires a new review. Link clicks, saves and restaurant-confirmed redemptions are not proof of orders or incremental revenue. Member payment never purchases ownership verification or organic ranking.

Help and changes

Contact County Connect for billing problems, corrections, ownership transfers or a disputed offer. Material changes require a new terms version and appropriate notice; existing agreements are not silently replaced.
