A reading aid. The complete policy below contains the details.

Optional Google Analytics and your choices

If you allow it, County Connect uses Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages and actions such as service-request, business, event and contact buttons. Google may process browser and device information, general location and a browser identifier for this measurement. Optional analytics uses first-party Google Analytics cookies with a maximum configured lifetime of 180 days. It starts only after you choose Allow analytics, and it stays off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

We send clean public page paths, broad service and county context, and known campaign labels. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, job descriptions, account identifiers or private account pages to Google Analytics. Automatic site-search and form measurement are disabled. A phone-button click is not proof of a connected call, and a form submit is not proof of a saved request or appointment. Google Analytics is separate from the first-party operational measurement below.

You can change this browser's choice here at any time. Turning optional analytics off stops future Google measurement and removes this tag's accessible first-party analytics cookies. Your preference is stored for up to 180 days. Turning it off does not prevent you from using County Connect.

Optional Google Analytics is off for this browser.

Private staff practice with Cee Cee

Host rehearsals are saved training records. With your agreement, practice text is sent to OpenAI for coaching and saved with feedback in your private staff account. Spoken practice uses OpenAI transcription and speech generation. County Connect does not save raw rehearsal audio. Review a transcript before submitting it, use fictional examples, and choose typing whenever you prefer.

Practice is available for 30 days; expired drafts are removed in bounded cleanup when rehearsal records are accessed. You can delete your current practice from the rehearsal page. Evidence already submitted remains in the training review and is available to authorized reviewers. Cee Cee provides coaching; a person decides qualification and assignment. Provider processing is governed by the provider’s applicable data policies.

About this policy

County Connect LLC operates County Connect. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse the platform, create an account, use planning or support tools, submit requests, or manage a business or restaurant membership. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to info@countyconnect.co.

Information we collect and why

We process information you provide, including contact details; account and access information; business or restaurant application and profile details; service needs and locations; plans, requests, quotes, appointment updates and messages; support inquiries; and consent and membership records. We use this information to provide the features you choose, review applications, route authorized requests, manage memberships, respond to inquiries, maintain records, and prevent misuse.

Technical information may include browser and device information, network information used for security, delivery records, and first-party activity and campaign information described below. Public profiles and approved public submissions are visible to other visitors; private request and account details are handled through the relevant account, support, and service workflows.

AI assistance

Public help chat. When you send a question to the AI help assistant, County Connect sends your message, a limited recent conversation, and a general page category such as help or sign-in to OpenAI to generate a reply. General help provides guidance without reading account records. If you sign in and choose “Check my account,” the server can read a limited summary of your own saved plans, service request status, confirmed visits, and active business or restaurant workspace access. Your current question is sent to OpenAI only to identify a supported topic. Retrieved account records, account identifiers, and private account replies are not sent to OpenAI by this feature. Account replies are assembled by County Connect from the authorized records, not written by the AI. This feature cannot create a support ticket, change account data, contact someone, or take payment actions.

The chat feature keeps the visible conversation in page memory and does not save its transcript to your County Connect account, browser local storage, or analytics. “New chat” clears the conversation displayed by this feature; it does not recall information already sent for processing. Account chat also clears when you change modes, leave the tab, or the page detects a changed sign-in. The server verifies the session for every account read. We keep a security record of the account, time, requested category, and number of summary rows returned; this log excludes chat text and record contents. Our hosting and AI providers may process technical information and retain information under their applicable service and security arrangements.

Service planning. When AI planning is available, the service description you submit is sent to OpenAI to help turn it into suggested tasks. Review and correct the suggestions. Saving a draft does not contact a business; sending a request requires the separate authorization shown in the service workflow. Saved plans and submitted requests are handled as service records, separately from public help chat.

AI may make mistakes. Do not submit sign-in codes, secure account links, passwords, payment credentials, Social Security numbers, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive information. For human help, submit the contact form or email info@countyconnect.co. Chat messages alone do not reach a human support queue.

Optional location finder

When you choose “Use my location” and allow browser access, your device supplies a one-time location and accuracy estimate. We send the coordinates through our server to the U.S. Census Geocoder to identify a county. When you enter a ZIP code, our server uses a postal-reference service to locate that ZIP and the Census Geocoder to confirm its county. A town search uses County Connect’s geographic registry. County Connect does not save finder coordinates or unselected ZIP searches to your account, browser storage, analytics, or application database, and does not continuously track your location. Census, postal-reference, and hosting providers may process technical information under their own policies. We return only the matched place and county to the page. This is for browsing, not confirmation of a service address. You can refuse location access or revoke it in your browser settings. We remember your selected county and, when chosen, its city or ZIP on this device for up to 30 days so you do not have to choose again. Use Change to select somewhere else. We also remember your response to the arrival welcome for up to 30 days so it does not repeat on every page. This is a display preference, not permission to access your location. Dismissing an inline location offer saves a seven-day preference. Neither preference contains device coordinates or a location history.

Cookies and browser storage

We use account-session cookies to maintain sign-in and first-party storage for selected location and display preferences. The location section explains the 30-day location and welcome preferences and seven-day dismissal preference. We also use the 30-day cc_session measurement cookie described below.

Some forms save drafts on your device. A temporary service-plan draft is treated as expired after 12 hours and removed when the application next checks it. A business-application draft may remain until successfully submitted or your browser’s site storage is cleared. Clearing cookies or site storage can sign you out and remove preferences or drafts; it does not delete submitted records held by County Connect or its providers.

First-party measurement

County Connect sets a first-party, 30-day session cookie named cc_session. It lets us count visits and understand which county, service, business profile, directory card, or campaign helped someone reach or use the site without storing contact details in the analytics event. Business members may see aggregate card appearances, profile activity, request-button clicks, and discovery channels; this browser activity is labelled separately from verified customer, review, completion, and billing records. When you submit a service request or contact inquiry, the session identifier may be attached to that record so we can understand which discovery path led to the submission and, for service requests, later outcomes. This can link activity information to the contact details in the submitted record. We record the first landing path, referring site, and campaign parameters when present. We do not use this cookie to sell personal information or follow people across unrelated websites.

Launch and partnership interest

If you join an interest list, we save your selected state and county, contact details, the type of interest, and your permission to contact you. Partnership messages may include your experience and the area you would like to help. Authorized national staff review these records. They do not create a booking, employment offer, or territory assignment. To change or remove your interest, use the contact form, choose your state and “Something else,” and include your reference if you have it. Do not include passwords or private account details.

Sharing, payments, and human support

When you authorize a service request, relevant contact, location, and request details may be shared with the participating business handling it within the sharing scope you approve. Authorized County Connect staff may access information needed to handle applications, support, and operations. Public listing or event information is shared through the relevant public pages.

We use providers for hosting and storage, email delivery, enabled text or voice communications, payments, AI assistance, and security. They receive information needed for those functions. A contact inquiry is saved as a support record and may also be sent to the configured team inbox through our email provider. Sending a contact form is separate from using AI help chat.

Where membership checkout is enabled, Stripe processes payment details through its payment interface. County Connect retains relevant customer, subscription, payment-reference, authorization, and billing-status records to administer membership and authorized fees. Do not send card numbers or banking credentials through chat or the contact form. Payments for a provider’s underlying work are arranged with that provider under its agreement. We do not sell personal information or sell directory placement.

Retention and privacy requests

We retain submitted information according to the purpose of the record, including ongoing requests, account or membership administration, support, billing, security, and applicable recordkeeping needs. Browser-storage expiry is separate from retention of submitted records and provider records.

To ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of your information, email info@countyconnect.co with the subject “Privacy request.” Describe your request and the email address used with County Connect. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full card details, or identity documents unless we specifically arrange an appropriate verification method. We may request information reasonably needed to confirm that the request concerns you and to locate relevant records. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.

Security and limits

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
