County Connect’s role
County Connect LLC operates a platform for discovering local services, restaurants, and events, together with account, planning, membership, and coordination tools. Availability varies by location and feature; an interest page, listing, or application does not establish that a service or membership is currently available. Participating businesses remain independent and are responsible for their estimates, agreements, licensing and insurance information, scheduling, work, warranties, and payment collection.
No guaranteed outcome
Membership, an application, a profile, an introduction, or an accepted request is not a guarantee, professional license, insurance verification, price promise, response-time promise, or guarantee of work quality. Customers should use their own judgment and complete checks appropriate to the service.
AI help and planning
County Connect may offer an AI help assistant and AI planning suggestions. Responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review suggestions and use the relevant account records, written quotes, confirmed appointments, and accepted agreements for your decisions. General help does not read account records. After you sign in and choose “Check my account,” Cee Cee can display limited information from your own plans, requests, confirmed visits, and authorized workspace access. This account help is view only. It cannot change your account, replace secure sign-in, contact a team member, confirm a booking, change charges, or issue a refund. A chat response is not a completed transaction or a support submission.
Saving a plan does not send requests to businesses. Review the details and separately authorize the tasks you want sent. Neither an AI suggestion nor a submitted request guarantees provider availability or an appointment.
AI help does not provide professional legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice. For immediate danger, contact emergency services. For account-specific or billing help, use the contact form or email info@countyconnect.co.
Optional communications
Where optional AI calling is offered, it requires the separate request-specific permission shown in that workflow and identifies the caller as County Connect’s AI service coordinator. It may use relevant request context and record a structured outcome or follow-up need. It cannot quote prices, change charges, promise provider performance, or resolve disputes. Available withdrawal and human-support options are explained with the request. Using public AI chat or accepting these Terms does not itself authorize AI calls, marketing calls, or marketing texts.
Events and external registration
Event submissions require organizer verification and human approval. County Connect provides discovery, saves, and reminders; organizers remain responsible for event delivery, registration, tickets, cancellations, safety, and accuracy.
Acceptable use
Use accurate information, respect other participants, and do not misuse forms, impersonate another person, scrape private information, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unnecessary sensitive content.
Trade seats and membership
New categories start with one approved business in each defined county and service category. County Connect may review adding capacity when customer demand grows, subject to the applicable written agreement and required notice. Existing signed agreements and historical charges remain governed by their recorded terms. Applying or paying does not override approval, eligibility, service area, capacity, or conduct requirements. New-agreement pricing is $79.99 per approved county each month. For businesses that separately accept the current authorization, County Connect charges $20 only when a customer accepts the written quote and confirms the specific appointment time. A profile view, request, provider acceptance, quote, or quote acceptance without a confirmed appointment creates no fee. The business may request review when a confirmed appointment does not proceed.
Business membership and restaurant membership are separate products. The applicable Business Membership Terms, Restaurant Membership Terms, checkout disclosures, and any separately accepted fee authorization describe the relevant pricing, renewal, cancellation, and product conditions. Existing agreements retain their recorded terms unless properly changed. Public help chat does not change an agreement or authorize a payment.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as County Connect develops and identify the updated effective date here. Changes do not silently rewrite previously accepted agreements or historical charges. Any notice or renewed acceptance required for a change must be handled through the affected service. Questions can be sent through the contact form or to info@countyconnect.co.
