County Connect’s role

Ocean County Connect operates a local business network, directory, meeting program, and request-introduction service. Participating businesses remain independent and provide their own estimates, agreements, licensing information, insurance information, scheduling, work, warranties, and payment collection.

No guaranteed outcome

Membership, an application, a profile, or an introduction is not a guarantee, endorsement, professional license, insurance verification, price promise, response-time promise, or guarantee of work quality. Customers should use their own judgment and complete any checks appropriate to the service.

Acceptable use

Use accurate information, respect other participants, and do not misuse forms, impersonate another person, scrape private information, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.

Trade seats and membership

Founding counties begin with one active business per defined service trade for approximately nine months. A second seat may later be opened, with a maximum of two, based on capacity and network standards. Applying or paying does not override approval, availability, or conduct requirements.
