One business. One approved county membership.

What membership includes

An active membership supports one approved county membership, the member workspace, a reviewed public profile, county directory and relevant service-guide placement, fair rotating spotlight eligibility while available, aggregate visibility reporting, county-network participation, and managed service-request coordination. Browser activity is directional and is reported separately from verified customer and billing records. New categories start with one approved business per defined service and county. County Connect may review adding capacity when customer demand exceeds the member’s ability to serve it, subject to the written category policy and required notice. Existing signed agreements retain their recorded terms. Approval, category capacity, conduct requirements, and service availability continue to apply. Membership does not guarantee leads, ranking, revenue, or permanent exclusivity, and payment never purchases a higher organic position.

Billing and cancellation

Membership renews monthly until canceled. The approved business owner must explicitly accept these terms before checkout. Cancel renewal through the Stripe billing portal; access remains subject to the paid period, agreement status, and County Connect standards. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment.

Separate confirmed-booking fee authorization

I authorize County Connect to charge $20 for each new eligible service engagement only after the requesting customer accepts my written quote and confirms the specific appointment time. There is no fee for a profile view, request, my acceptance, a quote, customer quote acceptance without a confirmed appointment, or an ordinary continuation visit. If a confirmed appointment does not proceed, I may request review under the County Connect fee-dispute process. This authorization is separate from my $79.99 monthly membership. The fee becomes eligible only when the customer has accepted the business’s written quote and then confirms the specific appointment time through County Connect. A profile view, request, provider acceptance, quote, or quote acceptance without a confirmed appointment does not create the fee. Ordinary continuation visits under the same recurring arrangement do not create another fee. County Connect does not process the provider’s quote or the customer’s payment for the underlying service. The business may open a fee-dispute request if the confirmed appointment is canceled, does not proceed, is duplicated, or was recorded incorrectly.

Existing agreements and support

Existing signed agreements and historical charges remain unchanged unless amended. Contact County Connect for billing problems, county changes, disputes, or cancellation help. Material policy changes require a new version and appropriate notice.
