One approved service business joins one approved county category. Your membership includes:
- Reviewed public profile and county directory placement
- Service guides and fair member spotlight eligibility
- Customer request, schedule, and follow-through tools
- Visibility and Results dashboard with verified outcomes shown separately
- Logo, cover photo, and profile tools
- Guided onboarding, owner meetings, learning, introductions, and support
New categories start with one approved business per service and county. We may review adding capacity if demand outgrows the founding business, with notice under the written agreement. Existing signed terms stay in place. We confirm availability before approval. Membership does not guarantee leads, appointments, ranking, or revenue.
The separate $20 fee
Only after a new service is confirmed.
Here is the exact sequence:
- Customer requests a service
No $20 fee yet.
- You send a written quote
No $20 fee yet.
- Customer accepts the quote and confirms a specific appointment time
The $20 fee applies to this new eligible service, after separate fee authorization.
Ordinary continuation visits in the same recurring arrangement do not create another $20 fee. A business can request review if a confirmed appointment does not proceed.

Does applying cost anything or require an account?
No. You can check your category and submit an application without signing in or entering a card. A person reviews it before any paid membership decision.
When would I sign in?
If your business passes initial review, use the email on your application to verify your account. Final approval, membership terms, and payment authorization happen afterward.
Does membership guarantee customers?
No. County Connect does not guarantee leads, appointments, rankings, or revenue. It provides the membership services stated in the agreement.
Who sets the customer service price?
Your business controls its own quote, service agreement, work, warranties, and collection of the service price.
Can I join more than one county?
Each approved county is a separate $79.99 monthly membership with its own category availability and approval.
