Michele Martone leads a sound bath and fire release ceremony on October 23, 7–8:30 p.m. The program includes quartz singing bowls and meditation. No prior meditation experience is required. Registration costs $35; participants may bring a mat, blanket and water. Organized by Sanctuary Yoga and Meditation.
